Community service is carried out according to a precise service plan. The service plan and its schedule must be complied with meticulously.
A minor breach of the service conditions (e.g. being late) results in an oral or a written warning.
A serious breach of the conditions (e.g. absence or being under the influence of substances in the service place) or a new offence committed during the community service may lead to that the remaining community service is converted into imprisonment based on the consideration of the court.
