Summer jobs in prison

Several fixed-term prison officers work in the prisons of the Criminal Sanctions Agency every year. Summer work or other temporary job in a prison does not require training in the field – all new employees are introduced to the work. Temporary prison officers can work without training in prison for two years. You can ask about temporary jobs and summer work by emailing or calling the prison directors or the assistant directors directly.
