New websites for the Prison and Probation Service and the Training Institute

The websites of the Prison and Probation Service and the Training Institute for Prison and Probation Service will be updated on 3 and 4 December 2025.

The refreshed look of the Prison and Probation Service’s website will be launched on 4 December, while its structure and content will remain largely unchanged. The renewed website of the Training Institute will be launched on 3 December.

The web addresses will stay the same: rikosseuraamus.fi and rskk.fi. Prison-made products available for purchase are presented by each prisons on the Prison and Probation Service’s website.

Redirects from the old pages to new addresses have been set up. We apologise for any inconvenience and interruptions on the websites on 3 and 4 December.

The new publishing system provides a clearer structure and easier navigation, improving usability and accessibility. It also enhances information security.

This website update is part of the Ministry of Justice’s web concept, in which the Oikeus.fi site aimed at citizens was the first to be launched.
