Oulu Prison
Oulu Prison is a closed prison with 100 places for men and women. It mainly accommodates remand prisoners from Northern Finland. Oulu Prison is located in new premises in Ruskonselkä, shared with the local police and district court.

The assistant directors and the head of prison can be reached by phone only during office hours (Mon–Fri 8.00–16.00).
The prison is accessible. Designated parking spaces for visitors with disabilities or reduced mobility are available in front of the building.
